Spacious and stylish lodges, Exceptional dining at on-site restaurant, Warm hot tub facilities
Wi-Fi connectivity disappointing!!! Maintenance issues with squeaky doors need addressing!!! Some neighbor noise could be bothersome!!! Limited hours for amenities could provide more flexibility!!!

the location was awsome, just a short stroll to carbis bay. loved the pool and the lido, really fun! kitchen was well stocked for cookin meals, made it super easy. big plus that we had quick bus access to st ives as well, truly a chill spot.
however, we had terrible wifi which made watchin tv impossible. plus, had to ask a few times about it and no one ever fixed it.

The hot tub facility under the stars stands out, creating an ideal atmosphere for cozy evenings. The proximity to the train station allows for convenient travel to nearby attractions, making day trips a breeze.
The Wi-Fi connectivity was an ongoing hassle, with several nights where it simply wouldn't connect, leaving us unable to stream or work. With the on-site restaurant closing at 8:30 PM, especially during peak summer, it was inconvenient to find dining options afterward. There were also notable maintenance issues, such as doors that didn’t close properly and some unsightly damage inside the apartment, which detracted from the overall impression.

Noticed the interior doors didn’t shut properly, which was a bit of a nuisance. Ongoing building work created some distractions, contrary to what we were told prior. Limited facilities gave us little choice for activities on-site, and while it claimed to be dog-friendly, there weren’t any safe areas for walking without hitting busy roads. WiFi connection in our apartment left much to be desired, as it barely worked, limiting our use of streaming devices. a few small maintenance issues could be addressed for a more comfortable experience.

Had a fab stay in a well-equipped one-bedroom apartment that made us feel right at home. The indoor pool and spa treatments were super relaxing after a long day. The only downside was the lack of a small shop for those little morning needs, but it was easy to drive a few minutes for supplies. Definitely check out the bar for a drink. you won’t regret it! 😊

great access to cultural gems and stunning beach views
We had a lovely weekend wandering through the vibrant streets, and discovering both the Tate Gallery just over 3 km away and the gorgeous Carbis Bay Beach, which is less than a 5-minute walk from our apartment, made our stay truly enjoyable and memorable.

More handrails in common areas would be helpful.

Cozy Escape with a View
We spent 3 nights in a one-bedroom apartment and loved it! The hot tub was perfect on those chilly nights, and the comfy beds made it easy to relax. We cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and tried the onsite restaurant too—great food! Just wish we had more bathroom space, but that didn’t ruin our vibe at all.

The studio apartment was stylish and modern, really loved how it looked inside. The bed was super comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Kitchen facilities were great for cooking our meals too. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been better. it didn’t always work well. the lighting could have been a bit brighter in some areas. But overall, it was a pretty nice place to stay!
